To help us look into it, please include:

• The email address on your account
• Your order number or payment receipt email, if it is about a payment
• The task ID or a screenshot of the generator, if a result is involved
• The model, duration, resolution, references and audio settings you used

We aim to reply within one to two working days.

Payments and credits

If your credits have not appeared after a payment, send us the account email and order details so we can compare the checkout and credit records. If a paid generation failed or produced no usable media, include its task ID and a screenshot.

If you are choosing a plan, tell us which models you expect to use, your typical clip length and resolution, the size of your batches, and whether you need private generations or a commercial workflow.

Product questions
