By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please do not use the service if you do not agree.

About the service

Seedance 2.5 UK provides prompt entry, reference uploads, access to supported AI video models, credit-based generations, payments, downloads and account management. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

Your account

Keep your account details secure and take responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorised use or a security issue.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Upload images, video, audio, logos, people or brand material unless you have permission to use it.
  • Create content for illegal, deceptive, harmful or abusive purposes.
  • Access our systems or data without permission, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Payments and credits

Paid features are charged in advance according to the plan or credit pack you select. Credits are deducted when you submit a generation; credits for failed jobs may be returned according to the service's current logic and policy. Refunds are handled under the applicable refund policy.

Generated content

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded material and generated results. AI output can be unpredictable, so review it before publishing. Before using a result commercially, check applicable law, platform rules, model-provider terms and third-party rights.

Independent service

This is an independent service and is not an official website operated by ByteDance or any AI model provider. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Ending access and limits of liability

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
